Monday 8:00 am to 5:15 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am to 5:15 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:15 pm
Thursday 8:00 am to 5:15 pm
Friday - Saturday - Sunday Closed
Payment Policies
Fees for professional services are payable the day they are provided. We will bill the these insurance companies for your services, but if any claims are denied, it is your responsibility to pay for the services rendered and materials provided.
Fees for contact lenses and glasses are due upon ordering.
We participate with CareCredit patient financing. You can apply now and be ready to go when you come in.
CareCredit offers lower interest rates than most credit cards, and even offers 3, 6, 12, or 18 months on larger purchases.
