Tuesday 8:00 am to 5:15 pm

Wednesday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:15 pm

Thursday 8:00 am to 5:15 pm

Friday - Saturday - Sunday Closed

 

Payment Policies

Fees for professional services are payable the day they are provided. We will bill the below insurance companies for you services, but if any claims are denied, it is your responsibility to pay for the services rendered and materials provided.

Fees for contact lenses and glasses are due upon ordering.







We participate with CareCredit patient financing.  You can apply now and be ready to go when you come in.
